About 360tuned

A New Zealand B Corp Salesforce studio for the impact teams of Oceania.

We help mission-led organisations prove and defend the good they do — the right way, culturally and environmentally.

Pure impact, from Aotearoa to Oceania.

Why we exist

Impact organisations fill the gaps no one else will. We exist to make them unstoppable.

Our Purpose — the why

Enable impact teams to be successful.

Our Mission — the where

To advance the United Nations' 17 Sustainable Development Goals.

We don't just consult. We tune the whole organisation, not just the software — clean data, connected tools, and a team confident enough to run it without us. We stay until you can fly.

Our values

Five things we hold to, on every project.

01

Respect

We meet you, your people and your culture where they are.

02

Curiosity

We ask better questions before we reach for answers.

03

Care

People before tools, always.

04

Integrity

We claim only what we can prove.

05

Gratitude

Every project teaches us something we carry to the next.

What makes us different

We don't just install the software — we fit it to your people.

Most partners hand a charity the same generic system they'd hand a bank, then leave. We don't. Three things set us apart.

People first

We put people before tools, always — your team and ours. We listen first, build the simplest thing that works, and stay until your people can run it confidently without us. Ask us about the “Little Black Car™”.

Culturally fit to the communities of Oceania

Shaped by the communities we serve. We let your community's priorities, language and ways of working shape the system from the start. It's the part of the job most consultancies skip — and the part that decides whether a system gets used or quietly abandoned.

Ethically fit to health & social services

When you hold sensitive information about vulnerable people, how that data is gathered, protected and used is a matter of trust, not just compliance. We understand the health, disability, NDIS and social services context, and we treat that responsibility as seriously as you do.

That's the difference between a system your team merely tolerates and one your people — and your funders — genuinely trust.

The people behind 360tuned

A culturally diverse team, tight-knit on purpose.

Between us we trace our roots to Hungary, the Philippines, Romania, Tonga, the United Kingdom and Aotearoa New Zealand. Our accents are part of the point — the different voices on our team bring balance and a deep respect for each other's background, passion and goals.

When you work with 360tuned, you work with the people whose names are on the door. Global experience, local focus — enterprise-grade thinking, applied wherever you are.

The "why"

Originally from Hungary, Laszlo learned the consulting trade at KPMG in the USA and PwC in the UK, and went on to work with DENTSU and NESS in Hungary, Fonterra in New Zealand, and clients including Shell Energy across the Netherlands and Germany and Roche in Switzerland. He moved to New Zealand for the lifestyle 17 years ago and is now a dad to grown-up daughters. He's committed ten years of his life — until he turns 60 — to helping impact teams succeed worldwide. He shares his home office with Teddy, the dog.

The "how"

A born-and-bred Kiwi, Mark left New Zealand with a single suitcase and came home sixteen years later with a wife, two kids and a shipping container. In between he worked for Coca-Cola in the UK, then helped lead Salesforce delivery in New Zealand — joining Salesforce as Professional Services Director after Trineo and Traction on Demand were acquired by Salesforce itself. He owns our craft, method and proof: the safe pair of hands who makes sure what we promise is what we deliver. His delivery partner at home is Dash, the dog.

The team

The people who design, build, ship, embed and account for every solution we deliver.

Product Lead · Auckland

Cristian came to us the direct way: from Romania, he reached out to Laszlo, and a single conversation made it obvious his multidisciplinary talent was exactly what the team needed. As Product Lead he turns a client's tangled reality into a clear, usable product — keeping every build anchored to the outcome that matters. Out of hours, you'll find him riding his motorbike on New Zealand's curly back roads.

Platform Lead · Auckland

Originally from the Philippines and settled in New Zealand for years, Jill owns the platform everything else stands on. As Platform Lead she keeps your data clean, your architecture sound and your Salesforce foundation built to last — so the impact you prove today still holds up to a funder's scrutiny tomorrow.

A Kiwi through and through, Gareth keeps the engine running. As DevOps Lead he handles the unseen craft — releases, environments and the quiet reliability that means new features land without breaking what already works. It's the discipline that lets the team deliver complex work safely, again and again.

Training Lead · New Zealand

Jessie is proof that talent finds its way. She joined us as an intern through TupuToa, and when a restructure opened the door, Laszlo brought her on board for good. As Training Lead she makes sure the technology actually gets used — patient, practical enablement that embeds the change long after go-live. Outside work she loves Korean music and time with her extended family.
